PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT
Our customer service & warehouse team are currently flat out processing a massive amount of holiday purchases & backed up Black Friday orders.
- Please expect processing delays of up to 3 days from purchasing, whilst our team works as fast as possible to get your order on it's way to you.
- As we are also experiencing stock delays from our suppliers, some orders may take longer than others, as supply deliveries arrive daily for our team to process before being sent out to customers.
- Please be patient with our staff as we try to assist you as best we can. Any form of verbal or written abuse or aggressive behaviour to our employees will not be tolerated.
HERO PACKAGING
Our compostable mailers, known as HEROPACKs are used to ship some inline or roller skate orders. Unlike traditional shipping mailers, these are NOT made from single use plastic and can be cut up and placed in your compost bin to completely break down within 90-120 days.
If your skates have arrived in Hero packaging, please reuse the bag for returns or follow the instructions on the packaging to place them in your compost bin.
RETURNS POLICY
- Ensure your item(s) are in new/unused condition and in original packaging
- Email us at customerservice@skaterhq.
com.au to let us know if you want to exchange or return for store credit. - Follow return instructions provided by us via email ensuring that no shipping labels are attached to the returned items or their packaging
- When your product is received and processed by us you'll be notified via email.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- We do not offer cash refunds or returns on sale/clearance items.
- The purchaser will be responsible for cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping. We recommend you purchase postage insurance for high value items.
